Austin Dillhole or Dillon is an American race car driver best know for being the biggest case of nepotism in NASCAR He drives in the Sprint Cup Series for his grandfather Richard Childress at Richard Childress Racing He is the driver of the number 3 car which he dishonors every time he races it.
